We want you to be completely satisfied with your Glidex products. Here's our simple guide in case something isn't right.


1. If your product arrives damaged or defective

We pack our products with the utmost care, but occasionally damage can occur during transport.

What you need to do:
Please contact us within 3 working days of receiving your package.

What we need from you:
Please record a short unboxing video when you open your package. The video must clearly show the damage.

Product condition:
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging . For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

Our promise:
Once we have reviewed the video and confirmed the damage, we will send you a replacement product free of charge .


2. Our 30-day money-back guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you purchased a product with our 30-day guarantee and don't see results, you can request a refund.

What you need to do:
Use the product according to the instructions for a reasonable period of time.

What we need from you:
To request a refund, please send us at least 3 clear photos showing the product before and after use – so we can see that it has not achieved the desired results.

Our promise:
If your application is approved, we will refund you the full amount within 10 working days .


3. Return of products (14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with EU law)

In accordance with EU law, we accept returns if you change your mind. However, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging . For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

What you need to do:
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods to obtain the return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Our promise:
Once we have received the returned product, we will process your refund or replacement as quickly as possible .


What we do not accept

Please note that we cannot accept returns or refunds if the product does not meet our return policy ( unused, unopened and in its original packaging ).
